TRIANGLE CART — SHIPPING POLICY Effective Date: June 1, 2026


1. OVERVIEW

At Triangle Cart, we aim to deliver your orders anywhere in the world efficiently and reliably. By completing a purchase on trianglecart.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us at shipra.j1988@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Timeframes are from dispatch date, not order date.

During peak seasons (November–January) and public holidays, add 5–10 extra business days.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate. You can track your order via your account on trianglecart.com or by emailing us with your order number. In some regions, tracking updates may be limited once the parcel enters the local postal network — this is normal.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned parcel will not be eligible for a shipping refund.


7. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment partners and arrive on different days. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each package at no extra charge.


8. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your item arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and email us at shipra.j1988@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your address at checkout. Triangle Cart is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at shipra.j1988@gmail.com if you spot an error — we can correct it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.


10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy at trianglecart.com/policies/refund-policy.
